DELIVERY

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery for all orders placed on our website.

Delivery costs vary depending on the location and weight of the order.

Deliveries with UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales), the delivery fee is £3.99 per 25kg, and for the Highlands and Islands, the cost is £11.99 per 30kg.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from the date of the order. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

If an order is placed on Wednesday, your 5th working day is the following Wednesday but we endeavour to have orders delivered as soon as possible.

The checkout page will calculate the weight of your order, and display a shipping fee.

The total weight of a product includes the weight of the packaging as well as the physical volume of the products inside the box.

ORDERS

You can pay for orders on our website using most major credit or debit cards.

Once an order has been placed, we can no longer add items to that order. You can however place another order with the items that were missed off the original order.

Yes you can.
Please select the option to add a note during checkout if you would like to provide special instructions to either the courier or us.

If an item is out of stock,  you have a number of options available.

You can either choose to substitute the item with something similar, increase the quantity of a different item in the order or receive a refund.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of dispatch & delivery.

Please email our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

In some instances we may need to see photos of the items and/or a copy of the invoice that came with the parcel, so please include this with your email where possible.

Because our stock levels change daily, unfortunately we are not able to reserve items.
